optimum quality with a continous improvement for all its services
and production.
Annual production capacity is approx. 8400 M. Tons/Year, which
allows to supply Peruvian and Andean market with a variety
of products.
Among our up to date machinery,
we have the "Barmag Automatic Craft Winder" on the
POY line and "Draw texturing Barmag AFK-2 with automatic
doffing" in texturizing area, while all of our draw texturing
machines are also equipped with the Quality Control System
on line ("Unitens") that controls our production
24 hours day and night.
The Quality Control starts
when selecting the right raw materials under our strict specifications,
from prestigious suppliers of international market.
Our Quality Control Laboratory
controls the whole process, analyzing the samples of textured
and flat yarn in the different stages of the process starting
from drying of chips to final product. Laboratory is well
equipped to check moisture content of dried chips I.V loss
during spinning and all other mechanical properties via Dynafil,
automatic Statimat-M and Uster Tester 3. Furthermore, we carry
out a spot check of the dyeing affinity and its variation
by knitting and dyeing the sample hose, offering a constant
and permanent quality. A last check is conducted by visual
inspection before its respective packing.
