EALSA provides special attention to the customer service department and to the quality of its products. For this reason, we have a highly qualified staff and a leading-edge Quality Control Laboratory equipped with latest equipments.

The quest for quality begins with the selection of the right raw materials, particularly Tangüis Cotton Fiber, by analyzing sample from each bale with our own HVI equipment.
During all manufacturing process, AFIS tests length of fiber, impurities, neps, immaturity and percentage of short fibers, for correct and appropriate setting of process parameters.
SLIVER DATA controls the count variation and regularity (C.V. Values) at the exit of final staze of draw frames 24 hours day and night.
Automatic Uster Tester - 3, equipped with Uster Expert analize the values uster, C.V. and imperfections of card sliver, roving, spinning bobbins and cones to ensure the high quality of final product.

Our annual production capacity of carded and combed yarn is about 3200 Tons, in the count range from 16 to 40 in raw as well as dyed (service of dyeing the cotton yarn is being done by our sister co. "CROMOTEX").
